Restorative milky oats offer us nervous system replenishment with their rich mineral content. Hops, skullcap, catnip, passionflower & lavender are the stars here, offering deep relaxation for the body and mind. Soothing lemongrass and cinnamon brings sweetness and delight to this blend.
Ingredients: ^Milky Oats (Avena sativa), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), ^Catnip (Nepeta cataria), ^Hops (Humulus lupulus),^Passionflower(Passiflora incarnata), ^Lavender (Lavendula spp.), Hawaiian lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), and sweet cinnamon chips cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii).
