How Our Shop Works

Mountain Song's online shop is open five days a month. 

This way, you can purchase what is freshest, seasonal, and available.

After those five days, the shop closes, and we typically ship within a week. 

After we process your order and it leaves the apothecary, the transit time for the shipping you selected at checkout begins.

Mountain Song Shipping Policy: Mountain Song is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and/or tampered-with packages. We cannot replace lost or stolen items on orders. All shipping disputes will be handled through the carrier; a claim must be filed with the USPS.
