Collection: How Our Shop Works

We are proud to source all our herbs from small local farms and work with lovingly wild-harvested medicines. Each herb that goes into every formula is grown, handpicked, and harvested with love. 

Our shop is restocked as fresh batches of medicines are made. This way, you can purchase what is freshest, seasonal, and available.

We typically ship orders 7-10 days from your purchase, sometimes sooner, depending on the volume of orders and the time of year. 

After we process your order and it leaves the apothecary, the transit time for the shipping you selected at checkout begins.

Mountain Song Shipping Policy: Mountain Song is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and/or tampered-with packages. We cannot replace lost or stolen items on orders. All shipping disputes will be handled through the carrier; a claim must be filed with the USPS.
