This elixir is your evening companion for winding down, quieting the mind, and easing the body into deep, restorative rest. Thoughtfully formulated to support the nervous system, this blend helps release tension, calm racing thoughts, and promote a gentle transition into sleep.
Ingredients: organic cane alcohol (60–65%), organic glycerin, local mountain spring water, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), *California poppy (Eschscholzia californica), ^skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), *hops (Humulus lupulus), ^chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), ^lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), and raw local honey.
Passionflower – Calms nervous tension and helps quiet an overactive mind.
California Poppy – Gently relaxes the body and supports deeper, more restorative sleep.
Skullcap – Nourishing nervine that supports stress relief and nervous system restoration.
Hops – Traditionally used to promote relaxation and ease restlessness before sleep.
Chamomile – Soothes the nerves and supports relaxation and digestive comfort.
Lemon Balm – Gently uplifting and calming, helping to ease anxiety and promote restful sleep.
Raw Local Honey – Adds a touch of sweetness while offering grounding, soothing support.
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Take 1 to 2 mL (approximately 1 full dropper) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, and another dose at bedtime if needed. This elixir may be taken directly under the tongue or added to 2 oz of water or your favorite cup of relaxing bedtime tea.
