A syrup to soothe the respiratory system and sore throats made with wild & farm-grown herbal medicines. This great syrup supports deep lung congestion, sore throats, coughs, and lung health during or after illness. It can also help soothe the respiratory system and clear the lungs when exposed to wildfire smoke.

Ingredients: Local raw honey from the valley we call home, brandy infused with wild chokecherries, local mountain spring water, *wild harvested cherry bark (Prunus virginiana), *oshala root (Ligusticum grayii), ^Elecampane root (Inula helenium) , Thyme(Thymus vulgaris) and marshmallow leaf and flower (Althea officinalis), *mullein leaf( Verbascum thapsus)and *rosehips (rosa canina). 

  • Harvested Cherry Bark (Prunus virginiana) – Soothes irritated respiratory tissues and calms coughs. 

  • Oshala Root (Ligusticum grayii) – Supports lung and bronchial health, acting as a gentle expectorant.

  • Elecampane Root (Inula helenium) – Promotes healthy lung function, supports expectoration, and possesses antimicrobial properties.

  • Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – Supports respiratory health and has antimicrobial and antispasmodic effects.

  • Marshmallow Leaf & Flower (Althaea officinalis) – Soothes mucous membranes, reducing irritation in the throat and airways.

  • Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus) – Supports lung function, aids in clearing mucous, and soothes irritated tissues.

  • Rosehips (Rosa canina) – Provides antioxidant support and vitamin C, aiding immune resilience in the respiratory tract.


Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 1-3 tablespoons, children ages 5-10 take 1-2 teaspoons, and children ages 2-5 take ½-1 teaspoons 2-3 times daily or as needed. 

Children under 1 year old should not be given honey.
