Revive your respiratory system with this delicious tea made to revive and nourish the lungs and respiratory system. Herbal tea is a lovely strategy to support the lungs with these healing and soothing herbs. The herbs in this tea naturally help to soothe dry mucus membranes in the throat and lungs and help speed the healing of respiratory, lung, and sinus ailments.
Ingredients: ^mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus),^thyme (thymus vulgaris), ^peppermint (Mentha piperita), ^monarda leaf + flower(Monarda spp), red clover blossoms (Trifolium pratense), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), marshmallow root (Althea officinalinis), *juniper berries (Juniperus spp.), rosehips (Rosa canina), and licorice root (Glychrizza glabra).
Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus) – Classic lung tonic, expectorant and herb to support healthy lung tissue.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – Antimicrobial and expectorant; helps loosen mucus and ease congestion.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – Opens the airways and supports Respiratory health.
Monarda Leaf & Flower (Monarda spp.) – Naturally rich in aromatic oils that support healthy respiration.
Red Clover Blossoms (Trifolium pratense) – Mild lymphatic support to aid in clearing respiratory irritation.
Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis) – Adds bioflavonoids that strengthen capillaries and enhance circulation in the lungs.
Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis) – Provides soothing mucilage to calm dryness and ease throat irritation.
Juniper Berries (Juniperus spp.) – Aromatic decongestant with gentle antimicrobial action.
Rosehips (Rosa canina) – High in vitamin C and antioxidants to support immune resilience.
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – Harmonizes the blend, moistens the lungs, and gently eases coughs.
Suggested Use: Pour 16 oz boiling water over 1-3 TBSP of herb. Let sit for 10-20 minutes or infuse overnight with the lid on. Strain, Sip, enjoy, and feel the heal.

Love this tea (and everything Mary makes). I have some breathing issues and i can tell that since I’ve introduced this tea into my regular everyday, I haven’t woken up wheezing like I used to. I also very much enjoy her Cramp Elixir, not just for my endometriosis, but for all body cramps and aches as well. HIGHLY recommend if you have endo, as well as her Golden Milk 💕 Mary you’re the best!

This is our hero winter tea that we can't go without now. Drinking this tea got my husband especially through 2 different bouts of Covid. It's super high quality -- I love seeing the whole dried flowers and roots. So much better than commercial teas that are all ground up and powdery.
