Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), Alfalfa, Marshmallow leaf (Althea officnalis), Jujube dates (Ziziphus jujuba), Goji berries (Lycium barbarum), Oatstraw(Avena sativa ), burdock root (Arctium lappa) and a kiss of cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii).

Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) – Nourishing leaf that supports uterine health and provides gentle mineral and vitamin support.

Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) – Mineral-rich leaf that strengthens the body, supports circulation, and promotes overall vitality.

Suggested Use: Pour 16 oz boiling water over 1-3 TBSP of herb. Let sit for 10-20 minutes or infuse overnight with the lid on. For a juicier tea, try simmering ¼ cup of herb in 4 cups of water for 15 minutes on the stove in a pot. Strain, Sip, and enjoy!
