Peach Elderflower Shrub

A seasonal shrub made with fresh local peaches and calming farm-grown chamomile.

Ingredients: raw apple cider vinegar infused with fresh sweet ^local peaches, Mountain Song grown chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), ^Mountain Song grown lemon balm (Melissa officinalis),^wild elderflower( Sambucus cereula),  Kauai vanilla bean (Vanilla planifolia), and raw local wildflower honey from the valley we call home. 

Suggested use: Enjoy 1–3 tablespoons, as needed, in your favorite tea or water. Try adding a few tablespoons to bubbly water with a wedge of fresh lemon or your favorite summer cocktail. Chamomile and lemon balm are beloved soothing herbs that support calm, while juicy peaches and vanilla create a soft, comforting sweetness. Sip slowly and feel the heal.
