A summer tea blend with botanicals to cool you down and keep you hydrated.
Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), ^Tulsi (Ocimum kapoor), Lemongrass(Cymbopogon flexuosus),^Oatstraw (Avena sativa) and marshmallow root (Althea officinalis, sweet cinnamon chips (Cinnamomum burmanii) and a touch of licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
- Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) – A vibrant, antioxidant-rich flower traditionally used to support cardiovascular health, healthy blood pressure levels, and overall wellness.
- Tulsi (Ocimum kapoor) – Also known as Holy Basil, tulsi is revered in Ayurvedic herbalism for its adaptogenic properties. It is commonly used to support stress resilience, immune function, and respiratory health.
- Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) – Traditionally used to aid digestion, promote relaxation, and provide antioxidant support. Its bright citrus aroma is often considered uplifting and refreshing.

Suggested Use: Enjoy drinking this tea to cool down on the hot sunny summer days and to stay hydrated with minerals and electrolytes. For an iced tea preparation, add 3-4 TBSP tea to a 32 oz jar, add water to cover and place in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight! Strain, Sip and enjoy and feel the heal.
