Herbal Chest Rub

An herbal chest rub to warm the chest and to support the lungs. A trio of CA wild & farm grown herbs known for Respiratory health and healing help to ease breathing. I add a touch of menthol & locally harvested pine resin from the land here in Truckee for comfort. 

Ingredients: Cold pressed CA extra virgin organic olive oil infused with *yerba santa(Erodictyon californica), ^CA farm-grown white sage(Salivia apiana), western red cedar(Thuja plicata), *ponderosa pine pitch(Pinus ponderosa), menthol crystals, cacao butter and ^raw local beeswax. 

Suggested use: Apply this balm topically to your chest as needed for respiratory colds, and coughs and to warm the chest. This balm is best absorbed when massaged well to the skin for ease of breathing and chest congestion. You may also enjoy it on the bottom of your feet before bed or when you are sick. Slow down and feel the heal.
