Cramp Comfort Elixir

A tonic to support cramps of all kinds with soothing and relaxing herbal medicines.

This tonic is formulated to support cramps of any kind - muscle cramps, menstrual cramps, leg cramps, and all the cramps! With specific anti-spasmodic herbs and pain-relieving herbs, this tonic is sure to offer relief and support to your body.

Cramp Bark – Antispasmodic; helps relax smooth muscle, particularly in the uterus, easing menstrual cramps and general tension.

Wild Yam – Supports smooth muscle relaxation and traditionally used for menstrual discomfort.

Hawaiian Kava – Nervine and muscle relaxant; promotes calm, reduces anxiety, and soothes tension.

Hawaiian Ginger – Warming digestive and circulatory stimulant; aids digestion and supports overall circulation.

Cardamom – Digestive tonic and antispasmodic; supports digestion, reduces bloating, and adds warming aromatic properties.

Sweet Cinnamon – Warming digestive aid; supports circulation, eases digestive discomfort, and provides gentle anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ingredients: organic cane alcohol, flax glycerin & ^spring water infused with cramp bark(Viburnum opulus) wild yam(Discoria villosa), Hawaiian kava kava(Piper methysticum), Hawaiian ginger(Zingiber offcinale), Cardamon(Eletarria cardamomum) and sweet cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanii).
