Chaga is an incredible medicinal mushroom that has been used by many cultures to support the immune, digestive, and energy systems. Blended together with soothing roses and warming spices, this chai is about to become a favorite!
Ingredients: Sustainability wild harvested chaga mushroom(Inonotus obliquus), rose petals (Rosa sp), cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii or verum), ginger root (Zinigber offcinaliae), anise seed (Pimpinella anisum), fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), marshmallow root (Althea offcinalis), cardamom pods (Elettaria spp.) and cloves (Syzygium spp).
Wild-Harvested Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) – Potent antioxidant and immune-supportive; helps reduce oxidative stress and supports immune resilience.
Rose Petals (Rosa spp.) – Soothing to the digestive and nervous systems; supports gentle relaxation and mild anti-inflammatory effects.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii or verum) – Warming and digestive-supportive; aids circulation, digestion, and balancing blood sugar.
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) – Anti-inflammatory, digestive stimulant; helps with nausea, gas, and circulation.
Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum) – Carminative; supports digestion, eases bloating and gas.
Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare) – Digestive tonic; helps soothe the gut, antispasmodic.
Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis) – Soothing demulcent; supports mucous membranes, gut lining, and is anti-inflammatory.
Cardamom Pods (Elettaria spp.) – Digestive and warming; supports gut motility, circulation, and digestive harmony.

Suggested use: Pour 16 oz boiling water over 1-3 TBSP of herb. Let sit for 10-20 minutes or infuse overnight with the lid on. For a spicier chai, try simmering 2 TBSP in 16oz of water for 15 minutes. Add your favorite milk and sweetener to make it a chai latte! Strain, Sip and enjoy, and feel the heal.

I especially love the Digest Tea. Wish I could get it in a big bag to replace what I have in the jar. I know this is curated from the wild and also grown so it's probably not plausible to do a bulk order. I appreciate the work it takes to make this tea.
Mmm, so yummy and such a special tea to brew. I like to make it last by saving it for times I can be quiet, intentional and really take my time. It’s a beautiful mix of ingredients, both in the jar and in the teapot.

I love this tea. It smells just as sweet in the jar as it does it hot water. So relaxing and rejuvenating. I don’t even need a sweetner!
I LOVE this tea, it's delicious and just sweet enough you don't have to add any honey. It's also so pretty with the rose petals as well.
Delicious! Best Chai I've had! Will try as a latte next, but straight up with a little sweetner... fantastic!
