Having a glass (or two) of water with Butterfly Pea electrolyte powder is my new daily summer routine. The taste is different and refreshing, and I feel my body eagerly absorbing this healthy and beautiful purple tonic. Highly recommend as a wonderful treat for your system.
You really need to add 3 scoops to appreciate the flavor. I also add a little honey to mine. I think it helps with hydration and I feel better about it than Gatorade. The purple color is lovely.
