Nettle Jalapeno Hot Sauce

A seasonal hot sauce made with locally harvested nettles. This hot sauce is inspired by the season of the nettle harvest in the Sierra Nevada's. Nettles are packed with minerals & vitamins and possess anti-inflammatory properties to support allergies & healing.

Ingredients: ^wild or farm grown stinging nettles(Urtica dioca), charred tomatillos, jalapenos, *onions, *cilantro, lime juice, apple cider vinegar & sea salt.

*Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before use.
